董事長:陳永興
男,漢族,1967年11月出生,中國國籍,現任浙江永裕家居股份有限公司董事長。陳永興榮獲2005-2006年度“安吉驕傲”人物，2006年五好企業家，2007年十佳農業創新創業帶頭人，2010年中國地板行業輝煌十五年卓越成就獎， 2013年國家科學技術進步獎，2013年湖州市船業英雄提名獎，2015年第六屆“科技小巨人”稱號，2020年綠色領袖企業家稱號。其社會職務包括安吉縣政協常委、安吉縣竹產業協會會長、安吉縣工商聯副主席、中國國際商會湖州商會第三屆副會長，中國林產工業協會竹林專業委員會常務理事、2022年獲中國地板新時代發展領軍人物等。在20多年的艱苦創業過程中，陳永興主動接受先進的生產管理技術和工具,積極推進自主創新，堅持走可持續發展的生產方式,在節能減排、低碳經濟、綠色建材、環保方面取得顯著成績。公司是一家專業研發、生產與銷售竹制品和現代高新材料制品的現代化企業。

浙江永裕家居股份有限公司專業技術人員200多人，每年研發新產品達200個以上。與南京林業大學、浙江林學院、浙江農林大學、浙江農業科學研究院、浙江理工大學成立五大產學研聯盟。研發中心成功開發了“馬賽克”竹地板、竹木復合地板耐熱竹地板、竹炭環保地板、戶外硅化板、SPC 石晶地板、LSPC地板、VSPC地板等多種新產品, 擁有專利96項，起草了3項國家標準、2項行業標準、5項團體標準。
Zhejiang Yongyu home furnishing Co., Ltd. has more than 200 professional technicians and develops more than 200 new products every year. Five industry university research alliances were established with Nanjing Forestry University, Zhejiang Forestry University, Zhejiang agriculture and Forestry University, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Zhejiang University of technology. The R & D center has successfully developed a variety of new products such as "mosaic" bamboo floor, bamboo wood composite floor, heat-resistant bamboo floor, bamboo charcoal environmental protection floor, outdoor silicified board, SPC stone crystal floor, LSPC floor and VSPC floor. It has 96 patents and drafted 3 national standards, 2 industrial standards and 5 group standards.

永裕家居坐擁國內國外三大生產基地，浙江安吉生產基地、湖南桂東生產基地以及越南生產基地，并且擁有大大小小設備超千臺，其中包括多臺德國引進的先進加工器械及4臺油漆涂布流水線設備，以及上千名生產技術員，支撐浙江永裕近5年近五千萬平方米的地板出口。

國際貿易中心實現將產品遠銷50多個國家和地區，與SHAW、HOME DEPOT、FLOOR AND DECOR、CALI等外國大型企業達成合作關系。近五年來國際貿易中心地板出口量近5000萬平方米。在全球疫情影響下2021年地板出口量是2017年的5倍。國際貿易中心發揚了永裕家居的“釘子精神”，在海外樹立了永裕家居的良好形象，奠定了永裕品牌聲望。

Domestic marketing
國內營銷中心僅2021年打通全國十三個城市，包括天津、成都、上海、鄭州、蘇州、嘉興、泰州、保定、雄安新區、廣州、珠海、紹興、舟山、太倉、南京、成都、寧波。自2017年國內營銷中心成立至今，遵從“點—線—面”的發展方式，將國內市場串聯起來。
